About the event
How to develop Emotional Resilience
Communication is an essential part of our daily lives, and it's often a means for us to connect with others and build meaningful relationships. But sometimes, certain communications can trigger us emotionally, leaving us feeling angry, frustrated, or hurt. It's important to note that people don't always overstep boundaries with others and deliberately attack us with words. Still, they can trigger us, and we can become emotional from one second to the next. In these moments, it's important to recognize that this is not the other person's fault, and it comes back mostly to us and some deeper unresolved emotions that were triggered via this comment or conversation.
In Part 1 of this webinar I will give you tools to manage your emotions in the moment, so you can react in an appropriate manner.Â
In Part 2 Â we will look at the deeper psychological reasons why we get triggered. And what can be done to resolve these triggers, so you can free yourself from this habitual behaviour that is not effective.
Each part is a complete module in itself, so if you miss one part you will be able to gain the full benefit from the part that you attended.Â
